Visit Us

HRNERR consists of four tidal wetland sites along the Hudson River Estuary: Stockport Flats in Columbia County, Tivoli Bays in Dutchess County, and Piermont Marsh and Iona Island in Rockland County.

Please note that Norrie Point Environmental Center is temporarily closed for renovations.

Partners

HRNERR is operated as a partnership between the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Our Federal Operations Grant, which supports our staff and programs, is subject to the annual Congressional appropriations process. Many of our projects are supported in collaboration with NEIWPCC and the Cornell Water Resources Institute.
