Norrie Point

IN THIS SECTION

The Norrie Point Environmental Center is home of the Reserve’s core programs, offering interpretive exhibits, classroom space, and educational programs to the public side-by-side with the Reserve’s research lab, weather station, and conference space for our professional training programs.

Our headquarters models environmental action, with a reduced carbon footprint from foam insulation, energy-efficient lighting, new siding, and solar panels.

Nestled among 1,000 acres of protected lands and waters in the Mills Norrie State Park, the Norrie Point Environmental Center is a place to come and experience all that the Reserve has to offer: from science and learning, to professional training and outreach, to a safe and beautiful place to enjoy the Hudson River.

Visit our education page for more information on school programs, field trips and public events at Norrie Point.
